Blockships

Terms and Conditions

(1) Each BLOCKSHIP NFT is a digital artwork. It depicts a 12x12 pixelart representing a spaceship (the “pixelart”). By registering on the Ethereum blockchain, the NFT receives a unique digital signature which, due to the blockchain technology, cannot be changed. The pixelart is computer generated when the Purchaser purchases the NFT.

(2) This website is only an interface allowing the Purchaser to purchase BLOCKSHIP NFTs. This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. The Purchaser is entirely responsible for the safety and management of his / her own private Ethereum wallet and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval.

(3) The Purchaser acquires the right to the BLOCKSHIP NFT. By purchasing a BLOCKSHIP NFT, the Purchaser owns the underlying pixelart completely. Ownership of the BLOCKSHIP NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network.

(4) The Purchaser has the unrestricted and exclusive right to any use of the pixelart, including its reproduction, publication and modification, whether for private or commercial purposes.

(5) The parties agree that the Purchaser has no right of withdrawal under German or European law, since the NFT and the pixelart are unique and individualized works of art. Insofar as a statutory right of withdrawal should nevertheless exist, the Purchaser agrees that the NFT is provided and the pixel art is created immediately upon conclusion of the purchase contract and he acknowledges that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16 (m) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights and the respective national implementation law (Sec. 356 [5] of the German Civil Code [BGB]).
